I had a very mid sort of day. I mostly did what I was supposed to, but didn't go above and beyond on anything. It was too hot for the dog to want to go on a real walk and I had too much work to get a lot of steps in during the day.
I did try a pineapple fruit jerky today, that I rather enjoyed and was supposedly the equivalent of half a pineapple.
How did you all do today?

I love dried pineapple. We always buy a bunch when we visit Taiwan. Not sure how much sugar are in those things though, as the ones we get are from local farmers and have no food labels.
I've decided to get back on track in terms of my exercises after slacking off during the month of May. That means push ups every day, 3 runs a week, and box steps on non-running days (maybe take 1 day off per week, with no runs nor box steps to rest my legs). Hoping to not slack off and keep it up for as long as possible.

  • 150 push ups (3 sets of 50)
  • 30 minutes of box steps carrying 16 pounds of extra weight in backpack
  • went for a short walk with my wife after dinner (2.2km)
  • cold shower
  • 16,018 steps

Awesome! That's the hope.
For reference, the fruit jerky we got from Costco has no added sugar.
