Problem: You want to receive lightning payments and hand out QR codes without having to manually generate an invoice each time. BOLT12 re-usable invoices aren't widely supported and you can't generate a LNURL (lightning address) because you don't have an always-online webserver connected to your wallet.

Solution: Electrum w a CLINK plugin. 

Steps:
1. Generate noffer
2. Give noffer string to people
3. They can spontaneously generate and pay lightning invoices to your wallet, no manual intervention required on your side

Like all lightning payments, this requires your wallet to be online and have available inbound liquidity. It does NOT require port forwarding though.
