Some of the so-called superfoods are good. However, I have a bit of an issue with the term itself.
"Superfood" is just another word for promoting a healthy lifestyle. Some products in this category are greenwashed to appear healthy, while others genuinely are.
I stick to psyllium husks and turmeric, occasionally adding a sulfur-rich diet and regularly taking some vitamin supplements.
There are too many factors involved in this topic to list all the benefits and criticisms right now. :)
Just go with technology, when it is in such a fast pace like now. nearly impossible to tell.
And imho there is no such thing like perfect.

There is a german Youtuber, going into online scams and the shady methods of earning money.
He made a video about meme coin Trading on SOL some days ago. What he mentioned is:
- It cost a creator around 500 Dollar to create a coin on SOL
- A lot of them get rugpulled at around 750 k to 1.5 Million or in the first 10 minutes
- Scammers take around 50 Million USD on SOL every day by creating MEME COINS

It is pretty obvious that the saving possibilities of the middle class are melting faster then ever... More and more stats showing this issue
- lottery participation increasing
- same for casinos
- people are getting more and more extremist in their opinions
- protests increasing
- mental health issues and suicides increasing
- 2nd job rates increasing
- etc etc til infinity

The way you gather information in life is never foreseeable.
There were privacy concerns since the implementation of the Chivo wallet. This was something that was bound to happen sooner or later. From my perspective, it's good that it happened early on, so that future damage can be mitigated.
But yes, they will probably need to explore alternatives, if they haven't already...
