"Monero is, in fact, the most scalable cryptocurrency when used privately, and even when compared with default, transparent Bitcoin usage, its transactions are only ~3-4x the size of Bitcoin transactions today. Monero’s transactions were much larger in the past, but the Monero community, researchers, and developers have worked hard to improve the efficiency of Monero, bringing transactions down from ~13kb when RingCT was first introduced to ~1.4kb today."
Is shitcoiner a new word for being open and questioning? Then I'd like to be one. Yes please. It's an honour to be a shitcoiner
Just thank you for these grandiose further developments to a more than incredible example of how a community platform promotes good virtues.
To be honest. I miss the necessary privacy to be BTC maxi. I love Bitcoin. But the deeper I fell into the rabbit hole, the more the question: Why is there so little focus on privacy when, according to Satoshi, it should be digital cash? To this day, the only way I can explain it is that it is being consciously directed by the CIA. It was not without reason that Satoshi disappeared shortly after the CIA became aware of Bitcoin. Think about it
Relai is not KYC free. They store the IBAN of your bank account and your name (+adress) for 10 years.
I don't think you become Bitcoin Maxi just because you understand Bitcoin. I've been educating myself in Bitcoin for years, I've known Bitcoin since 2014 and I'm learning something new every day and I don't blame myself, but my focus is on privacy. This is the only way to switch off the state surveillance. And DarthCoin, don't take it from me, but you should put your focus on it. You operate secretly in the quiet and know that nobody will find out where or how you use your Bitcoin anyway. But the people out there who are mostly in the public eye. Whether in a good or negative way. These people need to be protected and Bitcoin is not doing that at this time. The entire lightning and mining market is dominated by large companies. Real P2P money does not exist to make profits for large corporations or to speculate with. Bitcoin developers are deliberately blocking the advancement of privacy. There is nothing more important to me than privacy at this point in the digital age. Because that way you are able to stay in control. Knowing who you are, what you do, and who you interact with makes you a target and techocratic nations lick their fingers.
"I respect BTC for being widely adopted and maintaining more cypherpunk philosphy than most, but the lack of fungibility, privacy, speed, affordable transaction fees, and a dev team that manipulates the project for corporate interest dissuade me from every wanting to use it. I feel like that will never be solved.
Monero is actively solving these problems, and is practically the exclusive currency on the darknet now, Bitcoin was slowly depreciated. If criminals think its the best, thats a pretty high standard."
