- JPMorgan Chase explores Bitcoin and crypto trading for institutional investors, accepts BTC and ETH as collateral via ETFs with planned expansion to spot trading, and Jamie Dimon admitted that Bitcoin is real and that he was wrong before.

- Bank of America releases more than 15,000 wealth advisors to recommend allocations in Bitcoin ETFs (typically 1-4%) with coverage from products such as BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, and Bitwise. CEO commenting on the potential inflow of $6 trillion to stablecoins if the Clarity Act passes with initial content; if this happens, what percentage will go to spot BTC?

- Wells Fargo offers Bitcoin-backed loans to institutional clients with access to ETFs and credit against BTC as collateral.


- Goldman Sachs reveals a position of approximately $1.1-$1.6 billion in Bitcoin ETFs via filings, and CEO David Solomon confirmed he has a small personal position in BTC.

- PNC Bank rolls direct Bitcoin spot trading to private banking via Coinbase infrastructure with integrated custody.

- US Bank resumes and expands institutional Bitcoin custody with ETF offerings through partnerships.

- Charles Schwab plans Bitcoin and Ethereum spot trading in the first half of 2026 on self-directed platforms.

- Standard Chartered launches dedicated prime brokerage accounts for institutional-focused Bitcoin trading. UBS offers Bitcoin trading to select private banking clients in the US and globally.



- BNY Mellon has provided active custody of Bitcoin and Ethereum for years to select clients with tokenized deposits and on-chain safekeeping.

- State Street plans regulated digital custody by 2026 with tokenization services including tokenized funds in partnerships like Solana.

- SoFi Bank becomes the first chartered bank in the US to offer direct trading of digital assets including Bitcoin from client accounts.

- BlackRock dominates billion-dollar inflows into ETFs with IBIT as the absolute monster and BUIDL tokenized Treasury expanding into DeFi.

- Fidelity has maintained custody since 2018 with strong ETFs and recommends direct allocations for clients. In addition to direct involvement in BTC mining.

- Vanguard evaluates the inclusion of Bitcoin ETFs in 401k plans and recommends moderate allocations for diversification.

- Anchorage Digital acts as the first federal crypto bank with safekeeping, settlement, staking, and governance for institutions. Jane Street, the villainous AP for major Bitcoin ETFs (such as BlackRock's IBIT), facilitates creations/redemptions and accumulates positions in MicroStrategy as a leveraged proxy for BTC.



The biggest players on the planet, with trillions under management, are building complete rails for Bitcoin to become collateral, yield, trading, and the standard reserve. From "fraud" to mainstream in less than a decade.

Remember, Bitcoin is a digital-native asset and extremely transparent; we'll easily see who's swimming without a swimsuit via on-chain data.

The court-appointed administrator responsible for the liquidation of Terraform (formerly TERRA-LUNA, which went bankrupt) sued Jane Street for alleged insider trading.

Apparently, the quantitative trading firm was the main catalyst for the depegging of UST, Terra's former stablecoin, which subsequently affected several companies and protocols.

This wave of bankruptcies culminated in the collapse of FTX in November 2022. Incidentally, SBF, a director at FTX, began his career at Jane Street.

JANE STREET: THE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THE 2022 BEAR

IBM shares plummeted on Monday (23), after artificial intelligence startup Anthropic stated that its Claude Code tool can help modernize COBOL, an old programming language that runs mainly on IBM computers.

The shares fell 13%, the largest single-day percentage drop since October 2000. With the decline, the shares have accumulated a 27% drop in February, on track for the largest monthly decline since at least 1968, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

“Modernizing a COBOL system previously required armies of consultants who spent years mapping workflows,” but “tools like Claude Code can automate the exploration and analysis phases that consume most of the effort in COBOL modernization,” Anthropic wrote in a blog post.

Most mainframes that run COBOL are manufactured by IBM, and the sales surge has made the company the latest to face intense pressure amid fears that AI will weigh on the growth prospects of legacy companies.

Samsung has confirmed the arrival of the Perplexity artificial intelligence assistant to the brand's mobile phones. With the new integration, it is possible to use the voice command "Hey, Plex" or use the side button to open a chat window and interact with the tool.

The partnership marks an expansion phase for Galaxy AI: the platform aims to transform into an ecosystem for multiple AI agents, allowing users to choose from different options for each task or routine. The brand's AI suite is integrated into the system and not into individual apps, so it's possible to integrate the experience with other third-party services.

Access to Perplexity will be released with the arrival of Samsung's new top-of-the-line models. The company has booked an event next Wednesday (25) to announce the Galaxy S26 family, as well as news on the One UI interface.

The One UI 8.5 update features a smarter version of Bixby. Samsung's assistant gains generative AI capabilities, can hold longer conversations, and even perform actions on the device.


What can Perplexity do on Samsung phones?
The Perplexity agent can be used in two main ways: the first is as a traditional AI chatbot, geared towards web searches and answering prompts on various topics.


The second option involves an artificial intelligence agent integrated into other Samsung applications, such as Clock, Gallery, Calendar, and Notes. It's possible to use this tool to obtain context from the phone and create automated tasks, eliminating the need to manage the apps manually.

Perplexity's AI agent will be integrated into Samsung mobile phones.

Klarna was Wall Street's darling in 2021. In March of that year, it raised $1 billion ($31 billion valuation) – Sequoia Capital, BlackRock, and GIC led the charge. In June, it raised another $639 million ($45.6 billion valuation), led by Masa Son and SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with other participants as well. But things didn't go so well, and today it's worth a mere $5 billion. In reality, it was NEVER worth $46 billion, but they said it was to make it seem real. A lot in the financial world is like that: a future promise of profit. In fact, almost everything. That's why Wall Street needs the circus of narratives so much: to keep you believing that the company will make a profit in the future. Because if you don't believe it, you won't take the money out of your account and put it in their hands.

Elon reinforced that the robot is already in the factory learning real tasks (to accelerate training), and that it will evolve rapidly to complex activities. He painted a grand picture: Optimus + autonomy will create an era of "amazing abundance," with high universal income, explosive productivity, and a billion-dollar impact on the US GDP. Musk called it "the greatest product in the history of humanity"—and the tone was that of someone who truly believes it. "Long term, I think Optimus will have a significant impact on the US GDP."



- Heavy integration with xAI: Tesla will invest US$2 billion in preferred stock of xAI

(Grok's company). It has a future collaboration framework, like using Grok to manage giant autonomous fleets, optimize rare material refineries, and turbocharge the AI ecosystem. This connects everything: Tesla + xAI + Dojo + autonomy. It's "Muskonomy" closing in a powerful loop.




- Insane Expansion in Solar Energy and Batteries*: Musk highlighted that the production of solar panels (via Tesla Energy) is accelerating, focusing on making solar "underrated" in the energy mix. He emphasized how solar panels will be crucial alongside Megapack batteries to create scalable renewable storage systems – like entire grids that operate 24/7 without relying on fossil fuels. And the key point: this will power data centers in the AI and high-performance computing space. With the boom in training models like Grok and Dojo, these data centers consume insane amounts of energy (like gigawatts), and the solar + battery combo will make everything sustainable, reducing costs and emissions. Elon mentioned potential partnerships with SpaceX for orbital or remote data center infrastructure, where solar energy is king. This isn't just greenwashing – it's the backbone for the "abundance" he promised.



Other highlights reinforcing the shift: Robotaxi/Cybercab remains on schedule (production in 2026), projected billion-dollar capex (over US$20 billion in 2026 for new factories, AI chips, and Optimus), and the company's updated mission to create abundance through physical technology + AI.

In short: anyone who still sees Tesla as an "electric car company" is looking in the rearview mirror. Today's call was the definitive inflection point: the narrative has shifted 100% to humanoid robots + autonomy + AI + renewable energy = the next stage of civilization.

Short-term challenges (competition, politics, economics) exist, but the long-term upside that Musk painted is absurd. Those who doubted the valuation now have to rethink – or be left behind.

Tesla Q4 2025 earnings call earlier today was one for the history books.
