My name is Jean-Marie Nduwimana, I am farmer in Burundi 🇧🇮. I grow cassava, beans, banana, and I keep goats. Life is not easy, but we work hard.

Before, I sell in local market only. No good price. No fast pay. Now I learn about Bitcoin and Lightning Network. One young man from NGO come to village, teach us. I get wallet on phone, now I send and get money very fast ⚡. No need bank, no need long wait.

Last week I sell goat to man in Bujumbura, he pay in sats. I buy airtime with Bitcoin, also cooking oil. It is miracle for me. I tell other farmer friends, but they still afraid. I say: “Try, it change your life.”

I want learn more. I ask:
How can I earn more sats with my farm? Maybe online? Maybe export? I have land, I have hands, I have goat. I wait for ideas. 🙏
