We contacted HRF asking whether a simple CLI prototype implementation would satisfy the bounty requirements but were redirected to opensats for the technical question and didn't get an answer yet. We might submit something anyway as the deadline is getting close!

I think you should, and since you have the basic tools, adding to a wallet should be not so much work. Better make sure to grab it before end of year.
