Ok but can other government charges be levied in Bitcoin? I thought there was a scheme where you can gain citizenship with 3 BTC? Is the El Salvador government barred by the IMF agreement from accepting Bitcoin for all services it provides? Cannot a government agency or enterprise accept Bitcoin and then allocate some or all of that Bitcoin to the El Salvador Bitcoin Reserve?
