I'm not a Dev and have never made a review for a github project, but when I look at the two PRs mentioned in the letter (CTV #31989 and CSFS #32247), there are only a tiny handful of reviews (9 and 5). Couldn't more of the 40+ signatories submit reviews to help with the prioritization process?
