I think I get your question now. You did 239812 divided by 10023 and got 24. BLOTTO does take donations...

I know the concept of EV in poker, it depends on your chances of winning, what you have to put in, and what you can win. In this case, maybe there are times when it’s +EV, but I’d bet most of the time it’s -EV.
