Truly stupid and pathetic move by Sen. Padilla. There was no logic and no point of doing it because no matter who it was the results would have been the same. It even gave Sec. Noem a huge win because she was able to defuse the tension after saying she would talk with him once it was over and was able to highlight how she has been leaving voicemails for California Gov. Newsom and he has yet to return any of her calls.
