Recently survived an encounter with a truck on dry pavement.
You walked away from that?
My son and I did.
Judging by the state the car was in, it honestly looks like a miracle! What do you think helped you guys walk away without any major injuries? (I’m assuming that’s the case, but not totally sure.)
God and German engineering! In that order.
One gash (not requiring stitches) on my arm. Sore back and neck.
Wow a miracle truly.
oh so in the rain you won't go, because of the rain. yeah you don't wanna get stuck out in the rain. I was on my paddle board when it started raining. Got stuck under the highway where it bridges over the river. In the rain.
Oh no 🙏 did you have a life jacket?
Similar situation I was just on the overpass not the one driving, and some truck almost rear ended us off of it.
texans drive wild with or without rain
I was in San Antonio when it snowed one year. It was only about a 1/2 inch but it was chaos on the roads and everything was shutdown for 3 days. I guess they are even worse on the snow than in the rain!!
every time there is an accident on the freeway in the rain in Austin it’s always due to a truck, why I never take the freeway in the rain in Austin, trucks don’t know how to drive in the rain
