One of my least favorite facts of life is that when people take advantage of you they avoid guilt and reciprocation by demonizing you, and in an attempt to make the demonization feel real, they treat you like absolute crap; "we all wouldn't hate and attack this person unless they were really bad and so it doesn't matter that we take advantage of them because it's part of our defense against this bad actor."
this is but a truth even I realized late in life (different circumstances but anyway) reminds me of the stanford prison experiment.
i'll just say kindness makes you a threat to those who weaponize guilt, because your decency highlights their deficit. but then again the truth does not change according to our ability to stomach it. even if they demonize you, your truth remains. keep walking. let their hate exhaust itself in your absence. don't let yourself be engrossed by what others feel (unless it's your SN fam) else what will we do if we get a depressed k00b 🥶
(kafka once said a thing: "The evil world plays a trick: it defiles the victim and then condemns him for his defilement.")

Yikes, hope things are alright with you. That doesn't sound fun to experience.

This sounds like the playbook of the progressive/lefty/collectivist/Marxist/socialist/communist/murderers! Then they line the kulaks up against the wall or over the hole in the ground and give them a bullet in the back of the head. Yes, all of those bad actors get their just deserts at the hands of the progressive/lefty/collectivist/Marxist/socialist/communist/murderers.
