Looks like he turned down more money so he could go to the Ravens and play with his former college teammate Lamar Jackson.
Ravens secondary is much improved over a couple seasons ago.

I don't know which teams he turned down, but the Ravens are legit contenders and with Henry nearing aging out, this is probably prime time for them to make a hard push to win a ring.

Definitely a good fit. Too bad he didn't join the 49ers but they haven't been offering FAs much this offseason so I wouldn't be surprised if they low balled him like they did Davante Adams.
