I don't know which teams he turned down, but the Ravens are legit contenders and with Henry nearing aging out, this is probably prime time for them to make a hard push to win a ring.
Definitely a good fit. Too bad he didn't join the 49ers but they haven't been offering FAs much this offseason so I wouldn't be surprised if they low balled him like they did Davante Adams.
Lowballing free agents is usually the right move.
The Ravens are looking pretty solid though.
