I thought Amazon Gift Cards have no minimum, but I was wrong. I would prefer to not use this at a store and go through the hassle of splitting a balance. Any ideas on what do with this online?

This happens to me with cards too (not Tremendous, IDK what that is/don't use it).
I wish I had a solution, other than if it's for Amazon or Walmart or other retailer, I just buy something that costs $1.99 and then the total + tax usually uses up all or most of the balance, then I destroy the gift card or the info and move on.
I get some stuff from Tremendous as well from game rewards and the like. Did they offer you Paypal gift cards as an option? Those can literally just be sent to your fiat bank account and then converted to btc.

I referred a friend to a sales lead, and he gave me it. I think it’s tax deductible for him that way or something. I haven’t gotten one of these in ages
