Really pick a news outlet and the speech will be there. This is a historic day and follows in the footsteps of Reagan. Iran's threats of nukes are done. They have been crippled with their air defenses the US was untouched.
For all the leaks and crap that has come out of the Trump Admin well guess what.... turns out when it gets serious nothing comes out.

Why? One explanation is that higher prices are good for US producers (and therefore the dollar)
More importantly, shutdown of this route basically cuts China off from oil imports since the CIA via Ukraine already put a damper on Russia's ability to supply China.
