I guess it's basically an acknowledgement of surrender by Iran, with the IGRC trying to save as much face with their fans as they can.

I'm not getting my hopes up just yet. Peace deals seem to fall apart quick in this region of the world.

The Iranian response has been interesting. They claimed they saw no need for a ceasefire about an hour ago and still say they have not received and/or accepted one but I wonder if this is a move by Trump to force them into it. As long as he keeps Israel from attacking it Iran violating it looks bad only on them.
Trump kind cornered them again....
