i think the effects are temporary, and also the experiences, because if you wanted actual long-term results on your body, it's necessary to have long-term habit as part of it my personal habit with fasting the morning over 3 months: better focus, my brain and body uses cleaner energy, which is great for metabolism, also i feel like loosing fat but gaining protein back as part of the way my body uses different types of energy during fasting 2nd: i do feel hungry, but i don't feel like craving food, except when i'm stress as part of fasting 3rd: It's actually more satisfied when it's lunch time, make you appreciate food better 4th: During morning fast, i drank some coffee, and some water with salt (for electrolytes), so instead of breaking the fast, it's actually make my fasting process smoother and more comfortable
