Even if it's real Bibi will massage Trump's ego by pretending it was staged, and that Trump planned the whole thing.
Trump can't get into a genuine battle of wits with Bibi, since he's unarmed.

Trump doesn't have much leverage over Israel. I don't think any threat to stop sending them arms is credible. The most I could think of was that he could try and leverage Bibi's political vulnerability. But if Bibi think he's politically vulnerable, that could lead him to become even more aggressive militarily.
