Not your bad at all! I read the full thing and that part too, I just didn't understand why its in there, as yes, its fully decentralized, but its to my knowledge not federated and thus far I've not seen great performance when trying to sync off existing ws implementations. iirc replication is realized through client side connectivity or proxy-and-multiplex mechanisms, but relays aren't peers (yet?)
