I’m not actually sure who can remove the Fed Chairman. I suspect he’ll serve out his term or resign “on his own “.

I see that's why Trump is trying to put pressure on him so that he leaves. I believe he'll cut the rates in July and then maybe in last quarter and it should be enough to shut Trump's mouth.
