Alright, today I completed the Workit step challenge and took a cold shower (even though I really didn't want to). I also ate some fresh spinach from the deck planter with my lentil soup.
Better sleep will continue being my project. The kid, the dog, and the heat are not making it easy.

I took a day off work today, but it didn't seem to affect my step count too much. Maybe because I walked to buy coffee with my wife this morning. I was also walking around the tool shop to buy tools and supplies for work.
Today's stats:
  • 150 push ups (1 set 50, 1 set 85, 1 set 15)
  • box step for 20 minutes carrying 16 pound weight in backpack
  • cold shower
  • 8276 steps

Why do you ask that? I keep taking days off? No, work had not been too busy lately and I figure I've been overworking for much of earlier this year, so lately, I've been taking it slow when I can. I had to take a half day off for my son's graduation ceremony anyways, so I just took the liberty of taking the full day off.
Not working today and Saturday as well, because I wanted to run some errands and hang out with my kids. Back to work Monday. I guess running my own business gives me slightly more control of my time.
