Have you heard of timelocked transactions? I'm sure you've.

Create a new wallet/wallets, give the seed/seeds to whoever you want to send your Bitcoin after you die.

Then sign timelocked transaction/s for those wallets. Let's say you sign transaction/s with 1 year timelock, in case you don't die in that time frame, update these transaction/s before the time is over.
