It is pay to post. It is free to post if you don't have sats or cowboy credits but free posts won't be eligible to reach top and hot lists or receive a share in the daily rewards. Each territory has different posting fee. If you post good content you will definitely earn your posting fee sats back and as you engage more and your value score rises you will receive more of the daily rewards pool.

Ooh I see... and just more question. My post still got the error "post creat failed" what does that mean? I mean what might be issue? It's been a hour now.
