First time was stupidity. My email (long live yahoo) got self destroyed and my recovery phrase was in one email sent to myself. Long gone my BTC. I was a super earlier adopter. Don't ask how many I had. Second time was overconfidence, bad internet and mental breakdown while fun gambling. I am never ever gambling after that event. Those two events literally broke me and made me reevaluate everything and every decision and every friendship and life aspect. Took me some time to get back and to start rebuilding my stack... Mental health is super important and very much under-appreciated these days.
