I heard a little about this project last year (#640088) and then the presale announcement (#994305), but apparently they sold out pretty fast @ 1mm sats each. Their roadmap says retail sales go live in July 2025.

They sold out their 10 preorders (but I agree with you, I would not spend 1mm sats on it).
