Birthday photoshoots are the most common theme in my studio, and that's precisely why today I'm going to share a beautiful session I did for a client on her special day.
She brought a cake and balloons to the set to evoke the birthday theme, and as usual, we started by taking some full body photos:
Then I took a couple of photos a bit closer. The client already had experience with previous photoshoots and varied her poses between each shot:
She told me she wanted a photo from behind (her idea), and I took it for her:
Then I suggested we could do some photos sitting on the floor. This type of pose usually looks great when the set is decorated with balloons and a cake.
First, we took some photos with her kneeling:
And then a photo where she was sitting. This one was one of my favorites:
To finish the photoshoot, I suggested taking a close up portrait where we could incorporate a bit more shadow. She agreed, and the result was very beautiful.
