1. Don't use commercial services.
2. Don't log in to services.
3. Never give apps access to location, photos, files, other IDs
4. Disable or frequently reset your advertiser ID on Android / Apple
5. Use Brave for desktop
6. Use a privacy enhancing VPN, i.e. proton or mullvad
