For me it would be empathy: the ability to deeply understand and feel what others are experiencing.

Empathy is not a cure-all—but as a universal baseline, it could move humanity closer to a more understanding, humane, and sustainable way of living.

The key would be balancing empathy with wisdom and boundaries.

Is empathy a value? I see it more like an ability.

I would choose respect for others. As in not interfering with their lives.
