Yes they have!!! Green eggs and ham comes to mind! That however was in the Senate. Since the Senate has a filibuster I'm not saying its easier but in the Senate during a filibuster other Members can ask questions… this gives the Member a break to eat/drink/sit down lol the House doesn't have it so Jeffries had to stand and keep going the wholeeeee time. That's what makes it remarkable
