Ahhh I see but why the violent price movement down after hitting 52 week high which is well below buyout price?

I have some ideas but they aren't exactly great… there could be crypto people dumping the hell out of it or since it wont be done till the 4th quarter the run up triggered a lot of sells and now the sells are triggering more
