We have just watched and incredible twist at the Championships. Dimitrov was leading his match against Sinner, 6-3 7-5 2-2. Suddenly, after serving he sits down on the floor holding his chest. It looks like he sustained some kind of muscle injury and, after a few minutes discussing with medical team, he retires. Sinner goes through to the QFs though the match did not look good for him.

Apart from this tragic outcome the rest of match went as expected. Alcaraz beat Rublev in 4 sets. Norrie battled through 5 sets to eliminate Chilean Jarry. Khachanov and Fritz will play each other. Today , Djokovic, Cobolli, Shelton also qualified.
