Same story as yesterday: cold shower and OMAD but only moderate activity and not much time outside.

Wife left too many eggs with me. I cooked up a bunch of them into hard boiled eggs for me to eat as snacks at work. A fine addition on top of the good old beef jerky. I've been having lower back pain today. I don't know if it has anything to do with me doing 50 squats last night, as that was the only different thing I did yesterday. Hopefully it's just a temporary thing. Will continue to stretch more to try to get rid of the lower back pain.
In other news, bitcoin started to run, which means I also need to run more in order for the kms to keep up with the price. I think I can still keep up, for now...

Keep it up. Consistency is the way. I ate clean, ran a 10k outside, did my push ups and planks. Missed my bench and cold immersion

Decent amount of steps and ate pretty healthy today. Not too much going on today.

Couldn't sleep the whole night. But had my 5k steps is a positive. Going on a bike ride in the mountains on Sunday and will be hiking 5 locations, rain permitting.
