I don't know much about cloud seeding and weather modification. This article is pretty obviously in favor of it, but from an interesting angle. Also: the Augustus guy is pretty interesting.
Something unanswered by this article is this question I've always had: the water cycle is a closed loop. If you pull moisture out of the atmosphere in one place, you don't get it in another place. They never talk about this. I can see it being fine if you are taking water that would have rained over the ocean or something. But what if it's water that would have fallen on another farmer's field?
If you ask me, a bigger concern than chemtrails is property rights over yet to be fallen rain water.
