I have thought about this doing exact same thing and fleeing into Bitcoin.
  1. Make sure I have no assets which can be seized. Home is in S.O's name, and I'll just sell my car.
  2. Max the cards, buy Bitcoin, move it to cold-storage
  3. File bankruptcy
  4. Stick it to the man. Fiat is evil and should be attacked in every way possible.
