Dilution to buy more BTC and raise they sat per share metric. It appears they are staying debt free! Hopefully share holders are fine with the sats per share going up.

But the supply is fixed so your can never own 22M. So I think it is best to hit a soft target and then you can you can look for other opportunities if you so wish
