Bitcoin doesn’t need to be explained. It needs to be experienced. 💥

In this episode of Shoot the Breez, we speak with Francisco Chavarria, CEO of Yopaki, a product rooted in Mexican tradition and built for everyday use. Yopaki blends games, onboarding, and payments into one seamless journey.
Francisco’s bitcoin journey didn’t start conventionally — it was his dad who orange-pilled him. That spark changed his path, eventually leading him to Austin, where he connected with like-minded builders at places like @PlebLab. It was through that community that he met his co-founder, Carlos Chida, and the idea for Yopaki began to take shape.
For the two Mexican-born founders, the frustration was clear: exchanges were everywhere, but the mission was missing. Bitcoin was being buried in noise: speculation, distractions, hype. They saw a gap.
So they flipped the story.
They put bitcoin at the center of the product, but culture at the front. To reach people, they had to show that bitcoin was for them too. They started with something everyone already knew: Lotería. A beloved game played across generations. Only now, the prize is sats.
From there, they never looked back. After joining Wolf's bitcoin accelerator, Yopaki kept growing. With Lotería and Lightning powered by the Breez SDK, they’ve now made it possible for anyone to become a bitcoiner in minutes — in Mexico and beyond.
Here’s Francisco’s story.

Sounds like a great product. I’m planning on buying a home in Mexico, being that I’m originally born there but raised in the US. It’s good to know that there are Bitcoin options for me and my family. I can orange pill family members living over there.
