The product design team came together for a vibe coding hackathon and used AI tools to rebuild the Intercom Design website – with almost no engineering support. Here’s how we did it and what we learned.

The result: a revamped Intercom Design hub is now live, offering an inside view for anyone interested in design at Intercom. All it took was three designers and two AI tools. We did it on our own, at speed, with almost no help from engineering. And that’s something we’re really proud of.
