All nicotine is dumb. I tried to reduce with alternatives:

  • heated tobacco
  • vapes
  • nicotine pouches
  • nicotine gums

And now I have 4 more ways to consume it. And I still smoke cigarettes! It’ll come the day I stop for good.

I hate the pouches and haven't done the vape thing since 2005 - might try that again.

I have patches for when I fly intercontinental, that's it.

Would be best to just quit but maybe I'll do vapes again if I fail.
