If it's possible to be gluten intolerant, I suppose you can be gluten tolerant.

But I really like things with gluten in them. Is it possible that there are people who actually need to be eating more gluten?

I’ve never heard of a condition that is specifically remedied by gluten.

It wouldn’t be too hard to concoct a hypothetical diet where glutinous foods would help meet nutrient requirements, though.
