I tend to agree. We’ve become so resilient and advanced in the blink of an eye, from a cosmic perspective.
I have no doubt that humans will be colonizing new worlds within our lifetime and doing unfathomable things in our children’s.

When I read 99.99% of theories suggesting human extinction only on the basis of that some species are extinct now so humans will also go extinct is a stupid of an idea. First because new species are coming out till now but who wanna talk about it as theory? Secondly humans are so adaptable and capable that no other species are is completely ignored.

The closest I can imagine is that we end up sufficiently genetically altered that we become a new species.

Anything is a possibility. I'm open to all. I even think that an altered form of humanistic robot will remain that can breed in the same way as we do.
