im so indifferent to this news at this point.
if it is true, then it is just one more reason why institutional buying hasnt really moved the price.
if it isnt true, then who cares, still it hasnt moved the price.
unless theres another reason we should care about governments stacking bitcoin.
I can't trust anything anymore. But who cares. Bitcoin will do what it wants to do.
