Humans are the Gods of AI. They will always be subordinate to us. We didn't provide it "life" like a child. We literally created it. It is a tool, a great tool. But nothing more.

Instead of creating a trustworthy tool we got a lying, error prone monster. Just sayin'. I am not a Luddite either, there are a lot of good technical inventions happening.

You don't need to trust it. Don't trust verify. Just use it. So many things are just faster by using AI resources. They can check 20 sources in seconds for the thing you want to buy or to solve a problem, or fix that appliance. It is endless. Not using the tool just wastes your time, assuming you value your time then you will want to use the tool for certain things.

My problem with AI is the hallucinations, egregious errors and outright lies. Why would you want to go and verify this work when you could do it right the first time, yourself?
