Also swapping mindless scrolling with creating something even small writing a thought sketching organizing sats. It rewires the brain toward output not just input.
As for kids… tough. I think modeling curiosity over consumption is key. If they see us choosing books projects or deep convos over infinite scroll that leaves a mark.
