How do _you_ fight brainrot?

Such a real struggle these days. Brainrot creeps in quietly even for the most disciplined. For me what helps is batching my content intake one intentional hour, then Im off. Also swapping mindless scrolling with creating something even small writing a thought sketching organizing sats. It rewires the brain toward output not just input.

As for kids… tough. I think modeling curiosity over consumption is key. If they see us choosing books projects or deep convos over infinite scroll that leaves a mark.

Still fighting the battle some days I win some days I scroll 😅
