I think the way they set it up, Anthony Jr. gets shot first. The guy who goes to lurk near the bathrooms waits for Meadow to show up, and the last POV shot is of Tony Sr. from where Anthony Jr is sitting. I think it's implied they kill Tony and his bloodline for his transgressions / beefs. It goes to black from Anthony Jr.'s point of view.
