I'm back today with a new photoshoot I did in my studio. This time, it was for a girl who wanted some photos for her birthday, but she didn't want the typical photos with cake and balloons. She was very clear that she wanted photos with flowers, since she works at a flower shop, and they have a lot of sentimental value for her.
For this photoshoot, we started by taking some photos on the posing cube. I've learned that people usually feel more comfortable when they're sitting, so it's a great way to start the session:

I told her to make slight variations with her face between shots so she could later choose the photo she liked best.

After taking those photos, I showed them to her, and she liked them. But right then, she mentioned she'd brought some references, and all the photos were on the floor. So, I removed the cube, adjusted the lights, and we continued the photoshoot. First, we took some photos with her kneeling:

And then she sat on the floor. We varied the poses and took some very beautiful photos:

Then I put the cube on the set to take this photo. The idea was entirely hers:

And then we took this close up standing photo. I had the idea that we could put a flower on her ear to have a unique detail, and the result was adorable!

By the end of the photoshoot, the girl and I were both super happy with the results. I hope you like them as much as we did!
