if you are using WalletOfSatoshi, those are not "lightening" transaction costs... those are taxes you pay to use a custodial service

What about phoenix wallet?
Wallet of Satoshi is custodial? I didn't know that, I have both wallets, and I have electrum but I don't know how to use lightening for electrum
