If you work from home and want a simple, sustainable strategy:
✅ Go to tdeecalculator.net — calculate your maintenance calories
✅ Eat 20–40g of protein at every meal
✅ Include healthy fats like salmon, avocado, or fish oil
✅ Fill the rest with mostly whole carbs — fruits, veggies, rice, potatoes
✅ Drink 3L of water per day
✅ Walk 10k steps
✅ Train full body or upper/lower split 2–4x/week
✅ Hit each muscle group at least 1–2x/week
✅ Sleep 7–9 hours — non-negotiable
Do that for 6 months and people will start complimenting your physique…
but more importantly — your mindset.
Because fitness builds the discipline
to ask for the raise,
start the business,
talk to the girl…
It unlocks everything.
