I don't think you can "decentralise it" because even if you had some sort of permissionless escrow/peg in-out the pricing model is still based on a centralised oracle that can be corrupted, thats the issue with using a token/something that is not native to your chain

For the system to be totally Decentralized there has to be a link to some sort of escrow account.
Other than that the rules remain.
