I would assume that not every country has one, although it's likely that most do. Like, the Vatican Republic is tiny and pretty much just the Pope, so they almost certainly don't have a mining rig, and although some North Koreans probably have bitcoin, I doubt there are any miners.

Regardless, most countries probably have at least one. It's kinda cool to think about.
